Just finished packing my DVD collection, still need to pack the VHS collection...
i got a basket that is usually used to put clothes in.. about half a meter tall.. and my entire DVD collection could just exactly fit in it...

we ripped some a few years ago...
but it was a weird solution...
easy solution is :
Record Player -> Phono to phono -> Phono to minijack -> Line in on computer -> Save line in audio to file (winamp or a more sophisticated program)

or... just press stop when the song is done. and then stop record player.
