So basically, everyone knows that most programs need to access ure favorites every damn time u want something installed rite, so here's my problem,

im sitting at home with my worklaptop, its on a domain, i cant access my favorites so I cant install steam. Anyone know a way to change the location of my favorites so they arent on the domainserver? but instead local

edit: just installed it on another user so its working now, but if anyone knows a way to fix this please tell me :D

You can't back up fav. servers in steam. It's horrible like that.

Thats not what I was talking about.. I meant I cant access IE favos so Steam cant be installed because it needs access to those files, but i installed steam on another user so it works now but i still want to change where my favorites are instead of on the jobserver cause its a pain to swap user all the time u want to install something at home

Members are held accountable for the people they invite, and they can get banned if that person presents problem. Naturally, then, most members will be reluctant to hand out invitational codes to those they don't know, which basically would include most people here that ask for one.
