New Computer fucks up!

Except when it crashes at random! :/

My computer will crash at random intervals, but only when gaming.

The image will freeze up and I'll have to reboot.
The temperatures are all below 40 degrees, there is plenty of airflow, there is plenty of available RAM, and I am using the nvidia drivers from the CD that came with the thing.

Asus A8N SLI deluxe
GF 6800 Ultra (POV)
1024 mb of Ballistix RAM
AMD Athlon XP 3200+
Seagate S-ATA HDD

This can't be happening!

All BIOS settings are at standard, only change I've made is update the BIOS.
I've disabled all temperature monitors, and it'll still crash.
Sometimes after 2 minutes of game-play, sometimes after 3 hours.

Counter-Strike and Unreal Tournament.. Only games I've been playin' recently.

i'd say it's a driver / directX prob.
