Okay, I joined iTunes and purchased three songs. I can't play them, when I try to download I get an error message. It says an error downloading purchased muisc an unknown error occurred -50 Use check for purchased music command in the advanced menu try again later.
What did I do wrong?
I discovered the error message means I have to remove the McAffee privacy, I don't have any McAfee on my computer. I only have norten anivirus which I removed and I still keep getting the stinkin err message. I don't know what to do!
I have tried lowering the privacy slider in the tools under privacy and security, both did nothing. I have tried everything I know, help would be much appreciated. If you know of a phone number I could call that would help too.
